Customers are required to have valid tax ID number and make minimum purchase of $300 per order.
We only accept Visa, Master, American Express and ship via UPS Ground. Shipping and

Any personal information such as your name, phone and credit card number, address, e-mail address, products purchased, etc,
obtained through the Product Order Forms, the Contact Us forms, or any other media is private, and is maintained by Ann's Trading Co.
in a secure and protected environment, and will never be released to any third party.
We only allow you to return defective items and they must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date for a store credit
(to be used on your next purchase). Before returning a purchase you must contact us by email, fax or phone to receive
a return authorization number (RAN) and shipping instructions (display RAN on the package - without RAN
we do not accept any unauthorized package).
No refunds or exchanges are given on closeout(sale) items.
In order to receive refund (store credit) returns must be shipped back to us in as-new condition and with shipping pre-paid.
In cases arising from our fault or defective products we will refund both return and initial shipping costs you may have paid.
Please allow 1-2 weeeks for refunds to be credited.

No Returns. We only allow you to return in case that you receive defected items. Manufacture Defact returns must be made within
2 days of receiving your order. You must obtain a Return Authorization number and write it outside the return box.
Returns with no RA number will be refused. Allow 10 - 15 days for credits to be posted to your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Packages that are refused on delivery will be treated as returns and
will be subject to 25% restocking fee.
